In light of the two street robberies that occurred this last Friday & Saturday in Camps Bay, CBCSI has arranged a short online course for Camps Bay residents presented by the South African-based & world-renowned organization “Personal Safety”.

In this short pre-recorded talk, Personal Safety Trainer John Elverson will discuss the importance of YOUR SAFETY.

What can I expect from this?
This is a pre-recorded 30-minute workshop to help you with the below topics.

• Making the most important decisions beforehand can save your life
• Understanding how to “do” awareness
• How to realistically recognize the bad guy
• Complying safely is a skill
• Using three things that we have with us every day to control distance and survive a violent conflict
